I think they can beat either, but prob Detroit I feel they have less experience in the playoffs and that will show more in a 7 game series than it would in a 5 or a 3.

Who do you want to see in the ALCS, Cleveland or Detroit? Detroit. They're doing this with smoke and mirrors, look at that roster. Doesn't make any sense. Their luck will run out. Plus, i can't stand the Tigers and would enjoy beating them.

Baseball writers have called for parity for a long time and we likely have it now although how exactly is not clear since teams still spend widely different amounts of money.

Revenue sharing is working. Teams have more money and some of them, like the Royals, are putting back in their team and they were rewarded. Plus, MLB created more playoffs teams with the extra wild cards, so once you get into the playoffs, anything can happen in a random series.

Interesting that it's come down to 2 teams from the east, mid and western parts of the country still playing. MLB should be happy about that.

If they know so much they should have saved the newspapers.

MLB is dreaming about a Mets v Dodgers series followed by a Dodgers v Yankees World Series.

Things change amd really smart people adapt.

Who do you want to see in the ALCS, Cleveland or Detroit? Don't really have a preference. But I will say that Ramirez can carry a team, Skubal should win the Cy Young, but Bibee isn't a pushover either.

Things change amd really smart people adapt. Exactly...which is why there's no reason to lament the impending death of newspapers.
