Who can forget those midges in Cleveland. I still recall Joba swatting them. As I read reports, the midges are back in full force right now in Cleveland. Going back to Cleveland again gives me nightmares. I might give the edge to Detroit to avoid those nasty buggers. Those biting midges fills up with blood before they head elsewhere. If Yankees head to Cleveland, they better have a plan to deal with those midges.

The milkman is doing fine. Today we call him Instacart, Fresh Direct or any of scores ot other profitable busineses. Things change amd really smart people adapt. My brother was a milk man about 55 years ago. I used to ride along and help. He never paid me, so he got his money’s worth…  |

I saw a bit of todays day game in Cleveland... didn't see any midges. Perhaps they're nocturnal buggers. If that's the case I wonder if they could schedule the Cleveland games to be played during the day? |

Sure they could but that would affect the television rarings and limit the fans who see the games to those of us lucky enought not to be at work. I know the midges are active in the area. MLB just has to be ready to delay the game if a swarm appears. |
