Curve to the low inside corner hit hard down 3rd, but foul. 1-1
Splitter tails down and in, misses plainly by 3-4 inches, called a strike anyway, terrible call, 1-2 instead of 2-1.

That swingback sinker tails to the outside corner for the ꓘ, at least that one was a strike, 20% on Gameday, but it was set up by the terrible 1-1 call.

Maddux sinker comes back to the corner inside, waist high, taken, 0-2
Sinker up and in, check swing, hits the knob of the bat and nails Naylor as well
Splitter low, outer half, taken, 1-2
Splitter below the knees, pulls it toward the 34 hole, Gimenez slides to his left, fields throws out Wells, his only play. Swinging bunt moves the runners to 2nd and 3rd with 2 down for Stanton.
