Walters threw the 8th inning in game 1, got a strikeout, a walk, and got Gleyber to groundout with a runner on 2nd and two down. Otherwise, none of the Yanks have ever faced him.

FB high, Torres checks in time, 2-0
FB even higher, Torres not biting, 3-0
FB near the outside corner, green light and Torres chases a pitch he should take on 3-0, it was outside 2-3 inches. fouls it, 3-1
And that might cost them and out and bases loaded for Soto.
Sinker down and in, takes it for a strike in the zone, 3-2
Same pitch a little faster, he's late and under, pops it foul out of play back of 1st.
