Slider on the outer 3rd, fouled off Naylor, who's hurt a bit. Gets some time from the ump.
Slider winds up low, inner 3rd, 1-1
FB at least 6 inches high, and he chases it again, fouls it back. 1-2
Perfectly placed backdoor slider on the low outside corner, Soto takes, and doesn't get the Soto-call, hops up and down, but it WAS in the zone, 40-50% on Gameday. Don't get thrown out, Juan. Don't pull a leg muscle jumping up and down, either.
Great pitch by Walters there.
Bottom 9, 5-3 Yanks, and now Weaver has to get it done against 3-4-5: Ramirez, J. Naylor and Thomas. A tough gauntlet to run with a 2 run lead.
