SMFH about Walker sitting. Just a little observations and sorry if they've been made already. It seems the Yankees have been pitching more (fastballs) up in the zone since the Red Sox series and I like it. And the Yankees have too many Aarons. I read an article today crediting Aaron Judge for Hick's home run and the other night someone referred to Aaron Boone as Aaron Judge.. I think it was something about taking a pitcher out of the game or something...

I am beyond mystified at Boone's aversion to play the hot hitters.....by doing that he violates the most basic requirement of a manager, which is to always put his team in the best position to win...…….I have no words to explain his unconventional decisions....

I’m not much for gambling, but I always heard the conventional wisdom in baseball is to always bet with the streak. Of course there was also a time when was said that if a player got off to a hot start to bet against any record he may appear to threaten. Then the steroid age changed that for quite a while... So the conventional wisdom always seemed to be to play the hot hand, or bat...Boone apparently disagrees...

Red Sox getting pounded 8-3 in the 3rd vs. Baltimore. Maybe the great collapse is starting???
Of course with Baltimore’s pitching in Fenway, they could still lose by 10 runs... ):

The team just looks terrible tonight, not sure why Tanaka started the 6th. Another loss against a bad team.
