I also advocated strongly for six starters, as someone always gets hurt. Really wanted to steal Eovaldi away from signing with Boston.

Speaking of classic injuries this just popped up:
Brandon Nimmo gives himself food poisoning trying to cook chicken, is a Met to the core
More cooking related injuries:
Cooking too long gives Dodgers' Kelly sore back

I guess if you play with fire, even if you don't get burnt...it can hurt you...Amazing that this stuff even winds up in the news... "You see, it's been a few weeks since I left the wife at home, so I was kinda taking care of some business, you know...and I hurt my elbow"...

Ohtani won't be back until May. Sure there’s a quicker way. Don’t be a puss. Go grab a bat and hit. Damned cream puff MLB players. No wonder they’re made of glass...

The dreaded oblique injury for Baby Vlad. This does give the Jay a legit reason to keep him off the big league roster until his arbitration clock ticks away.

He looks like he has an amazing natural swing. He doesn’t not look like he spends much time on fitness and conditioning. He’s in shape, but that’s just because round is a shape.

I was watching a Jays game earlier this week ans was surprised how out of shape Guerrero was. There is really no excuse for this.

Somewhere, Bartolo Colon just opened a beer and a bag of chicharrones.

So Jacoby Ellsbury is supposedly supposed to be joining the team in about a week. Will that actually happen who knows.

Not trying to start an argument, but I am beginning to question the signing of Ellsbury...

Not trying to start an argument, but I am beginning to question the signing of Ellsbury... He just told me he wants to be like Ichiro and play until he's 50. Of course, he also wants to do so on the disabled list...Too bad he didn't get one of those thirty year deals like Bobby Bonilla or George Brett...We could have enjoyed him for a much longer time...
