Just remembered the strong-voiced and well-spoken singer Ed Ames playing Fess Parker’s American Indian friend “Mingo” on the old Daniel Boone TV show...I doubt there were many Native Americans that mastered the new lingo like Mingo...

It’s lonely here today. I know Chi is spreading mulch, the eastern and mid-western version of my gravel. Mulch makes sense in very few applications here. There’s no moisture for it to retain, and the wind blows it away. Being a dumb easterner, I have some...Also, the sun bleaches the color out pretty quickly... I just sat down to watch the game, forgot they pushed the start back 3 hours, so I'll get to see most of the game. Usually I'm spreading B.S., today was spreading mulch.  |
