Gives you that feeling like all of your friends went to the concessions and the rest room and you’re watching the game by yourself. At the same time you wonder if they decided to go home and forgot that they’re your ride... I always think, did I forget to pay my internet bill? I checked ESPN and saw mine was working... Noticed that our next opponent, Seattle, snapped their 6- Game losing streak by thumping Cleveland 10-0 today...

Is pitching the worst position to play in the rain?... I would think the OF, since the grass is so wet, but what do I know?

Is pitching the worst position to play in the rain?... I would think the OF, since the grass is so wet, but what do I know? Well, I always played in the outfield, so I guess I figured some one had it worse than me. I liked making sliding shoestring catches, and when the grass was wet you felt like you’d slide forever...

Two more gift base runners for the Twins and the tying run is at the plate.

We’re trying to give this one away... They shouldn't be playing in this stuff.

I thought for sure they’d roll the tarp out after the strikeout. Was surprised to see the ground crew run out with buckets to dry the mound and plate areas...

Nice. Cover it up, guys...It was silly to keep playing. I doubt they finish this one tonight... lots of rain coming...

I was thinking more of gripping the ball, footing and such...Either way, it’s just not a good sport to play in the rain. Very few “mudders” on most rosters...

I just wanted to play so bad, I’d keep going in lightning, tornadoes, whatever...blizzards, cyclones, hurricanes, himacanes...
