I was going to just leave. I will instead ignore certain posters. We will both be happier.

I am leaving. I will find another board...where posters are capable of basic curtesy. And not having fits when posters don't think in lockstep with them.
Nothing I said was discourteous. Let me get this straight, Russ. You have stated that you take contrary points of view to others merely to do so, yet you are offended when someone disagrees with you? Also, what Mitch et al have stated is that “steering the ball away from defenders” is next to impossible at the MLB level. The argument was that the goal is making hard contact and is preferable to soft contact. You have argued that there is no acceptable data to you that hard contact leads to more hits than soft contact. Anyone, do I have this wrong? Please let me know if I am remembering incorrectly. |
