My second thought was Angel Berroa... I didn't realize how average his ROY season was though... lol I thought I had one with Rafael Furcal with his 166 OPS+ (2008) beating out his next best season of 125 but he only played 36 games in 2008 I'm getting close!!!! Off topic: Tim Salmon was no Mike Trout, but damn, looking at his stats, he was better than I remember him Does Joe Charboneau's career count??? Walt Weiss had a 14 year career never posting an OPS+ over 100... crazzzzzy Ozzie Guillen, did the same over 16 years... it's amazing how much they used to value defense... Speaking of Tim Salmon -- he was indeed a very solid player. Good OBP guy, had some power, covered a lot of ground in the outfield, great arm. If you look at his comparable players on baseballref, David Justice is number one, and that sounds about right. I lived in LA from 1995-2000 and went to a lot of games in Anaheim. For most of that time the Angels OF was Tim Salmon, Jim Edmonds and Garrett Anderson. That really was one of the better outfields of the era.

They have you some of everything. I bit of speed, pop, hit for average and OBP. Afield, good range and arms... Now, if any of them had a wife that could measure up to Halle Berry as a comp, that would really be a great OF. (They probably did. Baseball players don’t usually go to the stockyard to find wives)...

Yep, baseball wives, like golf wives, are all manufactured in the same laboratory.
