That’s awesome inger! Just as long as it’s not an oriole or blue jay 😆.

That’s awesome inger! Just as long as it’s not an oriole or blue jay 😆. At least the Orioles and Jays both have different appearances out here. Many of the Oriole species here are yellow, though the bullocks oriole is similar to the eastern ones and is orange. The Jays are Stellar’s Jays. More blue than the blue and white appearance of the ones that represent Toronto…

My wife is fascinated with birds. I finally had to remove the feeders & bath from the yard...got outta control; like an aviary. Still have plenty of hummingbird feeders...I can live with them. BTW...for anyone curious as to how roadrunners really look...

I like sitting out in the yard and watching/listening to the birds. My favorites here near the NJ shore are the mockingbirds (who will mimic your whistling), cardinals (not St. Louis) and bluejays (not Toronto).

I always supported the coyote in the cartoon but of course wouldn't in real life.

They actually run along & across the highway, hence the name. They can't fly long distance...just for a few seconds. Also...they eat lizards & rodents.

Hey, look! He had a sombrero! … At one time that was filled with bird seed. No longer...

I love me some rodent-eaters. There aren’t enough snakes in this valley, at least by my figuring… Never seen one in my two years here, except one that was on the talons of a raptor… and that was five miles from the house… And those birds… shitz everywhere. The bigger ones, the ring-neck doves could out-shitz an elephant…
