Hey Kaybli, I had no trouble rooting against the Mets even when they were managed by Casey Stengel or Yogi Berra or Willie Randolph. Carlos Beltran will be a piece of cake. |

Hey Kaybli, I had no trouble rooting against the Mets even when they were managed by Casey Stengel or Yogi Berra or Willie Randolph. Carlos Beltran will be a piece of cake. Good point. I hope we can all continue to laugh at the Mets misfortunes for years to come. LOL, Mets forever!

The only way I'll like the extension is if it's only a year tacked on, and the tacked on year can't be for the full 15 million.... so give him an extra year at 12 million.. I'll be okay with that... if he isn't.. hope the door kicks ya in the ass before my foot Chappie...
Looks like Beltran is a rock???

I’m not a fan of a first time manager at the MLB level but I actually think Beltran is a better choice than I expected them to make. |
