Congrats, Kaybli! During my worst depression, which came in the months that led up to and then immediately followed the worst of my marital discord and career change I got up to 233 pounds. Once I started working to take it off, I eventually got down to 190. I eventually leveled off at about 210-215 for several years, but have “resettled” at about 200 for the past few years. I can feel just a bit of soft rubber around the middle now, but at 66... I don’t care about that much...When I was doing more physical work, I could carry 215 just as well as I can 200 now. It’s good for you to get the weight off while you’re younger. How tall are you? Weight? Are you a Gemini? What’s your favorite color? Do you like pets? Oh, wait. That was the wrong form. Sorry!... I am 6 feet tall. I was 218 pounds in November. I am 195 pounds now. Let me get down to 188 and I'll post a before and after pic in the Misc. BS thread.
(I'm a Leo. My favorite color is black. I don't mind pets but I hate taking care of them.)
Great job! Keep it up!

My dear friend Kaybli,
Sorry to hear of your recent bout with ED. Great Fatness was telling us about it. It must be a horrible affliction for a man as young as yourself. If you have way of restoring some of our recent deleted threads and can read in Russian there may be help at hand. That was poorly worded. Forgive me...
Your friend in good health and poor,
Inger

Kaybli is inspiring.. When he told me about his weight loss, it made me think, ya know what? I'm letting myself go a lil around the waist.. time to tidy up that eating as well.

Back injuries suck. I have stenosis and scoliosis.. It used to hurt REALLY bad.. but I found some stretches that really help me out. I'm sure I said this before, but the doc told me (10 years ago now) that I shouldn't get the surgery until I start shitting my pants.. so I have that to look forward to.. hopefully many decades from now. I haven't had backpain in a couple months.. until today.. but I'm good now. When the doc looked at the MRI she asked me if I ever got i a sporting or vehicle accident... which I haven't.. but she said that's how it looked.. I know a lot of fighters had to quit fighting because of stenosis... if they got slammed too hard they were at risk of getting paralyzed.. (well, extremely more so than an average healthy fighter) Damn sierch, that sucks man. Hope your back feels better. I have back problems too. But they've been a lot better since I lost weight (23 pounds and counting!) Congrats man... I'm looking forward to that before/after pic.

Hopefully Boras is correct: I think I saw microscopic lumbar discectomy open up for King Crimson in 1979
