How much difference in the key exists between that of Nilsson and Mariah Carey? I’m think none off hand... I'm sure there's a lot of overlap because of Nilsson's incredible range. But Mariah Carey's range is beyond incredible. One of the few singers who can reach the "whistle" range. Only other one i can think of is Minnie Ripperton from back in the day (Loving You Is Easy Cause You're Beautiful--in case you've forgotten). Ripperton died young, like 32 years old. By the way, you may know her daughter, actress/comedian Maya Rudolph. Sorry for the digression. Your point stands. Harry Nilsson was one of the most gifted male vocalists of our time, in my opinion. |

Anyone listen to the Misfits? Back in the day I never really got too into them, saw them w/o Danzig a few times... but I always made fun of them w/o Danzig...
I been on the Misfits kick for a few weeks now... (w/ Danzig and w/o but mostly with)
