I liked Beast of Burden. I don’t get a bunch of joy from their catalog, nor am I repulsed by it...

It wouldn't be a Martin Scorsese movie without Gimme Shelter.  |

The day the music died....well at least for some people. I wasn’t devastated by the news. I figured they had completed their work together. I liked them just fine, but there were other bands that I liked just as well, even better... |

The Guess Who, a Canadian band was an immensely popular band in the USA until they released this single. Many Americans took it as a statement in favor of Socialist/Communist politics.
