Morton has good stuff tonight, including commanding both sides of the plate. This could get ugly, unless Tanaka can make adjustments.

Just awful, you can't let the easy outs beat you. Perez is hitting over .300 against the Yankees this season, including a walk off hit. He's a .167 hitter against the entire league, the batter a pitcher can't wait to get to so he can get out of a jam. |

Morton didn’t have his usual numbers this season. He didn’t even average 5 innings per start... 43 innings in 9 starts. Gave up 48 hits, too...

Tanaka without his best stuff is battling. Five hits through three innings, the one that cost him just off the glove of LeMahieu looking into the sun.

Kind of weird thing. Morton had an ERA near 4.5. Tanaka’s was near 3.5. Morton had an FIP NEAR 3.5, and Tanaka had an FIP near 4.5...

Dammit, just realized I have a dinner party on Friday when Game 5, if necessary, will be going on. 
I'll be watching the game there but it'll be hard to post a lot. Hope we win in 4. |
