And the crawfish business-- that's good stuff. You're getting that in Dallas? There are lots of LSU alums in the area, so several transplants do catering on weekends. They import the live crawfish from Louisiana, and you can either buy them to cook yourself or pick them up at a scheduled time cooked, taking them home in ice chests. They’re still pipping hot by the time you spread them out on newspaper lined picnic tables. The hardest thing now is finding newspapers for the tables. So sad - I loved newspapers.
