Uncle Bud… or was it Bub? Or does it matter? … Yeah, it was Bub, Fred MacMurray's father in law. And before that he was Fred Mertz on "I Love Lucy " A quick Google threw some facts at me about Frawley and I Love Lucy… I knew Vivian Vance hated Frawley, but I didn’t know that he was a real-life alcoholic that had to deliver many of his lines with his hands in his pockets so the audience couldn’t see his hands shake. I was also ignorant that “Little Ricky” was played by an actor named Richard Keith. Too bad it wasn’t Keith Richards. That would have been a hoot! … Like many, I always thought it was the actual Desi Arnaz, Jr….

A very memorable first Yankee home run by Joey Gallo. In 2030, we’ll be asking each other where we were when that one was hit. Haniger coulda caught it… Wadda bum! …

Don't screw this up Britton. Has he walked the leadoff hitter yet?

I'm just glad Britton didn't throw that down the RF line.

A couple of months ago I would have bet against ROOGY ever getting on base four times in a row…

Is there anything Davis does better than Allen? Allen plays all three OF spots and plays them well, is an excellent base runner, has a strong throwing arm and is a switch hitter. I still don't get it. Mystifying. Hard as it is to believe, his batting average is UNDER .150. Pretty sure Allen could do that. Can't see what need he fills. Florial in 25 plate appearances had 6 hits and 5 walks, including 2 doubles, a home run, 2 RBI, 3 runs scored, and a stolen base. Allen in 48 plate appearances had 10 hits and 5 walks, including 4 doubles and a triple, 2 RBI, 9 runs scored, and 5 stolen bases. Both have the speed and the arm to play all three outfield positions. Both provided energy and speed. I don’t get why they’re in AAA for Jonathan Davis.
