I think our lack of hitting, and management not seeing it as a problem is what is disheartening. Hopefully as we shed salary in players they will realize this, not pitching is where we need help.

Gary absorbs it instead… welcome back Gleyber…😣 It's really scandalous how the official scorer at Yankee Stadium lets Torres off the hook for obvious errors. He must have Gleyber on his fantasy team. That wasn't even close to being an error on Sanchez. |

Those stats on Akin were brutal. Last in the AL in ERA and pitches per inning. No better than 72nd out of 76 qualifying pitchers in many key categories. You could make a strong case that he is the worst starting pitcher in the AL. No excuses today.
