.220/.317/.428 for Florial as he ups his batting average near the end of the season. Also 15 HR and 44 RBI in 79 games, stealing 12/7. I’d call the season a moderate success… I was hoping for more contact, but I’ll take the strong finish as a sign. He certainly looked like he belonged on a major league field in his MLB time…

Probably slept on it wrong. Boone will have him on the 10-day IL and order him pillow from that nut job at My Pillow… “From now on, I told Joey that we’ll have a trainer in his room every night rubbing his neck while he sleeps. Frankly, we just can’t let this happen again”. “We’re also looking at ways for him to catch the ball in the outfield, throw, and to bat without using his neck. The same guy that taught Gary his new catching stance has been assigned to work with him, so we expect similar success in this project to that we’ve seen from Gary”. |
