Trivia: Who are the 4 players with 75+ HR on both the Yankees and Athletics? Reggie for sure. Maris? Giambi.

Forget Maris. Not there long enough.

Swisher? Rickey Henderson? Swisher sounds right. Think we have them all now. Reggie, Rickey, Giambino and Swish. Nick Swisher is the worst post-season hitter, at least for the Yankees, I ever saw.

Soriano was pretty bad in the postseason if I recall correctly. Though he did have what should have been the winning go ahead HR in Game 7 of 2001 World Series.

Hi Kaybli. Actually we just got back from Cape May, where we made an impromptu visit after the family biz on Sunday night. Took the Cape May-Lewes ferry this morning and drove up. Is Cape May on your visitation list? It's a beautiful town. My brother is fine, thank you for asking. Just an elevated heart rate and dehydration. He's more ticked off that he had to forfeit his croquet match. Fortunately I caught the Yanks great comeback on Sunday and saw most of last night's game from Cape May. Cool that you went to Cape May! By coincidence, my parents are going there the weekend after next! Any recommendations for that area?
Glad to hear your brother is doing well.
Yankee comebacks are an everyday occurrence these days!
My favorite bar is The Brown Room at Congress Hall Hotel. Very chic and cool ambiance. It has its original post-prohibition bar and a great list of cocktails. The Chalfonte also has a nice restaurant and bar. Very upscale but friendly. I love Cape May Point State Park. It's a nice nature center with an extended boardwalk through the marshes and a cool lighthouse. If they have any interest in birding or just a nice walk It's really nice. Just walking around downtown and enjoying the gingerbread architecture is fun in its own right. My grandparents owned a small hotel there for many years so we went there a lot. Unfortunately their hotel is no longer recognizable from their day.

The Brown Room is still cool even if you just get small plates and drink water. Congress Hall is a historic hotel -- many 19th century Presidents, including Abraham Lincoln, stayed there. Worth dropping in just for a tea or coffee. Cape May arguably has the greatest collection of Victorian architecture of any town in America. Too many good restaurants to enumerate. Do you have a go-to beach town in New Jersey?

It used to be Wildwood or Seaside Heights when I was young. Does Atlantic City count? I used to go there all the time back when we all played Texas Hold Em and counted cards playing blackjack. Now its Asbury Park because a good friend of mine lives there.
Have you been to any of those places? Of course of you have, who am I asking?
