If Gallo went 20 for his next 20 with all 20 of those hits home runs (stats as of the start of today’s play, his average would soar to .216. He’d have 29 HR, and we’d all love him again… Well done. Actually calculated his new average and everything. Slow clap. That was the hidden humor of the post. No one, least of all Joey Gallo has ever gone 20 for 20. Certainly 20 straight homers is a stretch with the current record being four… |

One thing I noticed about Cleveland pitchers in this series, they love to throw over to first base, even non-base stealers on.
