Rolling Stone rated him as the greatest rock drummer ever. He sure died in a classic rock manner, consuming 40 shots of vodka the day of his death. Embarrassing I had to look him up. I'm not well versed on drummers. A lot of the great rock drummers are gone: Bonzo, Keith Moon, Neil Peart, Charlie Watts and Ginger Baker.

Raven-haired beauty behind the plate at nine o-clock. Too busy with her phone to watch the game.

Does anyone know who Jimmy Page's first choice was to be the lead singer of The New Yardbirds, the group that would become Led Zeppelin?

I have listened to songs from all their bands: Zeppelin, the Who, Rush, The Rolling Stones, and Cream but I couldn't pick any of them out of a lineup.

Well in fairness he died before you were born. True.
Pretty cool that his son played in his place with the band in 2007 I just read.
"The most successful of these was the 2007 Ahmet Ertegun Tribute Concert in London, with Bonham's son Jason Bonham on drums."
That 2007 show is the only full blown concert Zeppelin ever did since the the death of Bonham and they only did that one because they were so close to Ertegun, who was the founder of Atlantic Records, Zep's label. They took it seriously and practiced for a long time to prepare and it shows, since the concert was a big success. The show was officially released on the "Celebration Day" two disc, one DVD set, although Jimmy Page edited out most of Plant's banter in between songs on the CD's. The bootlegs give you a more complete experience of what the show was really like.

Reynolds is a guy the Yankees were said to be interested in last offseason.

Don't forget the great Wrecking Crew drummer Hal Blaine who died a few years ago. He played on about half the rock records released in the 60s and 70s and was an influence on Bonham.

Reynolds is a guy the Yankees were said to be interested in last offseason. He would cost an arm and a leg. As he robs Stanton.
