Honestly, sometimes my Kermit voice just takes over my entire persona. When that happens it’s like someone else is pulling the strings and I have no control over what’s happening…

THIS WILL NOT, I REPEAT NOT GET US TO THE WS = If this continues or happens in the Play-Offs...
Entering today, Yankees' rotation had an ERA of 4.84 over the previous 30 days, which is fifth worst in the majors. Everyone but Cortes has pitched poorly in that span. Taillon and German, whom the Yankees will be trotting out in rotation, have been terrible. (chart: @fangraphs).

Just shows how bad Seattles offense is as a whole.

What a weird 24 hours..
Like I felt there was this energy on Monday night with the trades for Montas and Trivino. They were in control that whole game Seattle looked lost on offense etc.
Then they trade Montgomery and it literally deflated the team. I do think Taillon was mentally effected for sure.

This team is trying to micromanage too much. In the off season they knew they had to fix the defense and base running so they did that. Now they try to fix the outfield defense which I get to an extent since Carpenter has cost them a couple runs but his bat is too important to leave him out of the lineup for Bader. I get what you are saying with the pitching but the hitting has lost vs the Astros not the pitching lot of 2-1 losses and late inning losses cause of lack of scoring.

The acquisition of Bader would seem to be more closely tied to the defensive decline of Aaron Hicks and the lack of desire by management to play Aaron Judge in Centerfield to protect his legs. I guess if we can recall Andruw Jones and Vernon Wells crawling around in RF like snails in their later years perhaps we can see what the concern is all about. If you’re going to protect his legs, you danged well better sign him, Yanks…

I also think it was a disservice to the fan base to not have Judge play today the day before an off day to a road trip.
