Same reason we keep seeing Rizzo in the 3rd or 4th spot. Boone manages the players based on what they've been most of their career instead of what they are now. He doesn’t want to hurt feelings. All of his savages in the box get a trophy… Stanton should never be allowed to pitch hit. |

Yeah I split with him on Ryan too. He just didn't like him (or apparently anything from Texas.) He didn’t care for my assessment of Ryan, either. And he sliced and diced Koufax. He once told me that he could offer couples sexual counseling “If I ever thought I needed that sort of thing.” That was odd because it just sort of came out of nowhere, but kind of him to offer. I have t found too ms y people that are completely humorless if you can find their funny bone. Including him. Sometimes, quite honestly I didn’t finish reading all of his dissertations because they went a bit too deep and kind of sunk into an abyss… But I did read most of his posts and felt the energy and responsibility that he put into them…  And, all I got was a chance to split tickets for a Yankee game! |

Don't look now, but Seattle has taken advantage of Toronto, Boston, Yankees, and the Angels mediocre play. If they beat Boston tonight they have JUMPED EVERYONE, but Toronto and are only 2.5 back of them. This would only be with a 56-51 record which it's pathetic the Yankees don't even have that.
