So, I have been looking, and the least expensive ticket (single, not plural) for the World Series is $700 dollars, and I think I have to sit behind a stanchion, sell concessions in the final three innings, and then help with traffic following the game. You might get hungry and have to buy that $250 “sandwich meal” in Texas, too…

Crazy price. But you can bet they'll sell the place out.

Thats about how much I paid for a Legends seat ticket behind home plate against.... you guessed it, the Texas Rangers.

In winning 11-7, the Rangers became only the third team to score 10 or more runs in the first three innings of a World Series game. The others were the Tigers in Game Six of the 1968 Series against St. Louis and the Diamondbacks in Game Six of the 2001 Series against the Yankees in the worst game Andy Pettitte ever pitched. Aided by Jay Witasick allowing nine runs in 1 1/3 innings.
Marcus Semien also became just the third player to drive in five runs from the leadoff spot; the others were Davey Lopes of the Dodgers in 1978 and Dan Gladden of the Twins in 1991.
The Rangers have now won 10 consecutive road games. That's both a post-season record and a team record at any point in the season.

Yep, but through it all at least Cashman hung on to Albert Abreu. Couldn't figure out how to use a lefty starter like Jordan Montgomery or an arm like Nathan Eovaldi, who wanted to return to New York, but Cashman has always had a plan for likes of Abreu.

Taking that picture was definitely a big FU to Cashman and the Yankees.

Taking that picture was definitely a big FU to Cashman and the Yankees. Absolutely agree. What else do those select four have in common?
