1-2 on Sanchez fouled off Blows the FB him just outside the zone at the top, K, 1 down. And we've seen a lot of AB's like that from Sanchez

After vulturing wins in his first three appearances despite not pitching very very well, Weaver’s last six appearances he’s 0-0; 2.70, allowing only 4 hits and 3 walks while fanning 11 in 10 innings. His slash against in those six games has been 118 .143 .235 .378 (and now 1-2-3 tonight)…
Quite a pleasant surprise, especially when you realize many of his innings belonged to Albert Abreu last year…

Kay corrects my error. Junk was traded to the Angels in the waste of time Heaney deal, not the bigger waste of time Gallo deal. I think Duran is the only decent player they lost in the Gallo trade. And then they made up for it by getting Beeter in from the Dodgers for Joey. The decent pitching prospect they sent to Texas as part of the Gallo trade was Glen Otto not Janson Junk.

Went out to eat and was watching on the TVs if I knew they would have a offensive outpouring like this when I wasn't posting in the chat I would have to stop.

Owen Miller comes in to pitch the last two innings. Grisham pops his 82 "fastball" to Wiemer in left center for the 1st out.
Torres lines the first pitch right to Ortiz for out #2.
Hey, Yankees, how about not burning Weaver here, and taking a pitch or two.

Wells, Torres, Judge… hits from previously quiet sources…

Guess not, slider in the zone at 54, Wells slaps it the other way into the corner in left for a 2 out double.
56 mph slider for strike 1 to Cabrera Slider down an in at 51, 1-1 Slider at 59 hanges high, 2-2 Slider on the outer 3rd, fouled off. Slider into the top of the zone, popped behind 3rd, Frelick goes back and catches, inning over. Well, at least Cabrera made him throw 5 pitches.
Bottom 8, 11-1 Yanks. Miller threw all of 8 pitches that inning.

Miller actually hit the grounder that Torres made the great play on to end last inning. Chourio now leads off the 8th, with Wiemer and Frelick to follow.

Another great outing by Rodon and all the bats producing. We needed a game like this. Did I hear Susyn say they had possible tornado warnings near the stadium?

Chourio fouls off a FB in the zone up and away, 0-1 Cutter waist high, near the corner away, 0-2 Change bounced, 1-2 Change low over home, 2-2 FB up in the zone in the middle, inside outed down the 1st base line into the corner, goes for a leadoff double. Yay for my fantasy team. Weaver at 17 pitches now.

I'll look into it... 1-0 to Weaver is a cutter up and away, 2-0 Cutter dives outside, Wiemer chases and fouls, 2-1 Misses outside, 3-1 FB on the corner away, chopped to short, Volpe charges, fields and throws out Wiemer as down by 10, Chourio holds 2nd.

Severe thunderstorm watch covering the entire Milwaukee area. Frelick gets a 1-0 FB outside middle, grounds to Rizzo, he flips to Weaver for out #2 as Chourio moves on to 3rd

Dunn up, misses a FB outside, 0-1 Cutter above and inside of middle fouled off, 0-2 Chases a good change diving low/away just out of the zone, K, inning over. Brewers waste the leadoff double, and still trail 11-1 going top 9
Volpe, Trammell and Jahmai Jones vs. Miller in the 9th.
Accuweather has just a severe thunderstorm watch up for the Miller Park area, not a Tornado warning, but there might have been a Tornado warning earlier in the evening.
