Another great outing by Rodon and all the bats producing. We needed a game like this. Did I hear Susyn say they had possible tornado warnings near the stadium? A tornado in Wisconsin? I was listening to the pre-game in the Bronco and hear her say the weather reports were terrible. Wind was whipping around and possible tornado warning. Seemed a little odd. |

If I recall correctly, if you eliminate the questionable records of Negro League players, Richie Sexson is 16th all time in home frequency per at bat in MLB history. Quite a surprise…

The entire midwest is Tornado Alley for the country as a whole, from North Dakota down to Texas. But I bet you knew that already. |

I think Stanton might be able to catch up with the velocity coming from this righty...

I wasn’t in a position to comment at that moment but the play by Torres deserves applause. I thought he’d put the ball in his pocket, but he gave it a try and got quite an out for us…

Slider up and away, hit high toward the corner in left, Wiemer catches, Volpe jogs home, 12-1 Yanks
1st and 2nd, 1 down for Stanton.
