I missed the question while texting Dome…the games always remind me of him… Can you ask dome if he got my text thanking him for what he sent? He never replied. How's things in the Garden State, Kay?

Change below middle taken for strike 1 Change well inside brushes him back, 1-1 Change just inside, Miranda chases and fouls, 1-2 Hanging slider in the zone up and in, Miranda takes a big hack and misses, popping it up, I think he yelled "GEEZ!!" or something like that as he stomped near home and shook his bat at himself, the fly to short left is a can o'corn for Verdugo, inning over.
Bottom 6, 3-0 Yanks. 13 pitch 1-2-3 for Gil in the 6th, and 88 through 6.
Stanton, Rizzo, Torres for the Yanks in the 6th
If he's done for the night and it looks like he is, that's the 7th straight start of at least 6 innings, and no more than 1 run allowed.

Tough choices must be made. I’ve been “off” today, too. Bed at 3:00OAM. Up at 11:00. Back to bed at 1:00, back up at 3:30. On my arse to watch the game…Not good… If I lived in Colorado, I'd try THC to attempt to regulate my sleep. Texas isn't the state for that, though, unless you fall into ten pretty significant categories. I’ve tried a couple MJ products for it that an ex-neighbor gave us. Inconsistent results… and one of them the guy cautioned not to take until you were standing next to the bed. As they say on Sponge Bob: “Five hours later”… 🤓 Make site you use that voice when it’s said…

Have you tried melatonin? Works for a lot of people. I may try it again now that I’ve been off the Ambien for a while. It’s really bad right now… My doctor told me I should get off of it, but I think the reason was lame. “They” did some testing and and found the amount of melatonin tended to vary from the stated amounts in some bottles. If that’s true, then that would be true also of my daily vitamins, my B-6, my B-12… What it IS is propaganda distributed by the FDA to keep us paying the big bucks for the medicines big Pharma pushes down our necks… I hate that they’re allowed to advertise on TV. Ask your doctor for : drives me nuts… Agree totally. I want to go back to the days where the only advertisements were for over the counter stuff, like during Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom there was always one for BC Powder.

Sands in to pitch for the Twins... Stanton... Takes a FB up and in for a strike. Sinker inside, and Stanton misses under, flies out to Kirloff in medium deep left, 1 down.

Trying to remember the last time a Yanks' pitcher has looked as dominant as Gil over the last month. He's been almost unhittable.

Torres swings and misses a cutter waist hight outer 3rd, 0-1 FB clips the outside corner up in the zone, not called, Torres gets a break, 1-1 Misses the same cutter as the 1st pitch, this one about 4-5 inches higher, 1-1 Fouls off a FB near middle Splitter just below middle middle, pulled to short, Correa backhands on a knee, gets up, fires a strike to Miranda, inning over.
Top 7, 3-0 Yanks 9 pitch 1-2-3 for Sands.
4-5-6 for the Twins, Kepler, Lewis and Kirloff in the 7th.
