Before signing with the Yankees and getting to see him everyday, I had no idea that Soto was so good-natured and affable. If anyone is having fun playing baseball, it's Juan Soto. That has to be contagious in a clubhouse. I was thinking ebullient… amazing person. I don’t believe in investing in a players stats if the don’t have the personality. I believe in this man… |

Uhhh, Flats? Gil probably didn't call that slider off the plate on 3-2 himself, ya know? It was almost certainly his...uh...catcher...Trevino, who called it. You would think that Flaherty of all people would give the catcher some props on that one. |

Tough choices must be made. I’ve been “off” today, too. Bed at 3:00OAM. Up at 11:00. Back to bed at 1:00, back up at 3:30. On my arse to watch the game…Not good… If I lived in Colorado, I'd try THC to attempt to regulate my sleep. Texas isn't the state for that, though, unless you fall into ten pretty significant categories. Have you tried melatonin? Works for a lot of people. |

FB probably grazed the top of the zone, outer 3rd, not called. Judge might've gotten a break there. 10% on Gameday
Ober holds the ball a long time before starting his delivery, so Judge takes his timeout late.
FB above the waist outer half, fouled off the right side.
Shoots the inside corner with a back up slider and it hits the corner. That's strike 3, but Vazquez moved the mitt, so they didn't get the call they should've gotten, ball 4.

Change in the middle dives low, Verdugo waits as long as he can, still early, lines it well foul off 1st, 0-1
Got a pitch to hit, a slider inner 3rd waist high, but ties hiself up a bit, rolls it over to Castro, who throws him out, rally killed.
Top 6, 3-0 Yanks.
22 pitches for Ober and 89 through 5 and if that's it for Ober, he pitched well but was a bit unlucky tonight.
Top of the Twins order: Larnach, Correa and Miranda get their 3rd look at Gil.

Works for a lot of people. Many, many times. Doesn't seem to do much for me after a while. I did have a weird dream this morning in which I threw a refrigerator off of a building ledge, then raced down stairs to get to the parking lot to put it in the back of my truck. Any Freudians or Jungians out there want to tell me what that means? |

Works for a lot of people. I may try it again now that I’ve been off the Ambien for a while. It’s really bad right now… My doctor told me I should get off of it, but I think the reason was lame. “They” did some testing and and found the amount of melatonin tended to vary from the stated amounts in some bottles. If that’s true, then that would be true also of my daily vitamins, my B-6, my B-12… What it IS is propaganda distributed by the FDA to keep us paying the big bucks for the medicines big Pharma pushes down our necks… I hate that they’re allowed to advertise on TV. Ask your doctor for : drives me nuts… |
