OK, that throw waqsn't cut off, but it was short, and Fermin came up to meet it, which allowed him to nail Soto trying for 2nd.

Change misses the target by the whole plate and also down and in, 2-1
Change dives outside, Pasquantino takes, 3-1

Beats him clean with a hard cutter waist high on the inside corner at 93, swung over it, 3-2

Chases a cutter about 8 inches outside, popped well back of first, Rizzo goes a long way for it, but Soto calls him off, catches it right on the line, 2 down, runners hold.
