Sinker inside, 1-0 Sinker outside, 2-0 Sinker inside, 3-0 Taylor takes a sinker on the outer 3rd, 3-1 Rolls over on a FB on the inner 3rd, DJ fields, throws him out, 1 down.

The Yankees always seem to start their seasons looking great, but the injury bug ALWAYS destroys the teams hopes for a championship. That problem didn't seem to happen back in the late 90s as often as it's been happening in the last 10+ years.

Sinker "misses high" as a 90% strike on Gameday, brutal call, but down 7 in the 7th, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Sinker high, 2-0 Fouls off a sinker up in the zone, 2-1 FB runs well inside, 3-1 Takes his timeout Sinker outside middle taken. An awkward at bat, Paulie? Except right now, everything he throws is hittable. Maybe Blake can fix him, somehow. Doesn't look promising. FB inside, Vientos swings over it, K.

I don't care how well he frames pitches or how much he hits, Treviño needs to be traded to a team that needs a DH, because he is anything BUT a catcher with that arm. Right now the entire league knows he can't throw, and they're making a mockery out of him. a DH? LOL ! He's not a good hitter Up until last Year Yankee fans were saying he was Platinum Glove not Gold Platinum ... LOL !!!! Yes he should be traded becuase he's not good and the Yankees have Wells, Rice, Ramirez and Narvaez ... He should absolutely be traded before it's too late

Fouls off a sinker inside corner below the waist, 0-1 FB inside, 1-1 Same sinker as the 1st pitch, fouled again, 1-2 Slider hangs on the inside corner above the waist, but McNeil is tied up pops to short left; Volpe calls off Verdugo and LeMahieu, catches, inning over.
Top 8, 9-2 Mets. Davis, DJ and Jones for the Yanks in the 8th.

As pres mentioned, O's lost 10-8, so the Yanks avoid losing ground to them today again. Rays crush the M's, 11-3, and all of a sudden, they're hot and gaining ground, having won 3 in a row and 6 of 7. Jays up on the Sox 9-4, bottom 8, but they blew a big lead against the Sox once before in this series.

Maybe they're the best two teams in the league, pres. Maybe more than "maybe". Really ? Bal has lost 4-5 in a row and is behind he Yankees Yankees took 2-3 from Cleveland in Cleveland and until recently and before all of the injuries had the best record in the MLB But injuries dont matter ... right? Yankees haven't been the same since Soto missed the Dodgers series that's not a coincidence. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Ottavino into the game. Too late to help the Yanks, especially in a low leverage situtaion. Slider goes around the plate, called strike 1 on Rice anyway, not close, missed by 3-4 inches on Gameday Sinker misses high inner half, 1-1 Sinker on the outside corenr low in the zone, taken, 1-2 Bounces a slider down and in, 2-2 Slider in the zone down and in, rolled over foul. Sinker below and outside middle, lined to center, drops in front of Bader for a hit.

Nice career for Ventura, yet he’s remembered for noogies… He could pick it and could hit a grand slam.
