Takes a waist high slider on the outer 3rd, 0-2
Sinker into the outer 3rd near the corner away, STRIKE THREE NOT CALLED. 90% on Gameday, terrible call.
Backs it up with a 2nd terrible call, sinker on the corner below the top, 60-70% on Gameday, called ball 2.
Sinker inside corner jams him, he pops to short left, but Volpe goes back to get it. 2 down.

Fouls off a sinker almost down the middle, 2-2
Jammed by a sinker tailing to the inner 3rd, soft grounder to Volpe, he charges, fields and throws him out, inning over.
Bottom 5, 4-3 Sox.
Bernadino will stay in to pitch to Soto, Judge and Verdugo, batting for the Yanks in the 5th.

Judge takes a curve in the zone down and in, very bad call, 70% on Gameday, called ball 1 anyway.
Takes a slider in the zone low/away, 1-1
Takes a waist high sinker to the corner inside, 1-2
Fouls off a hanging slider outside middle, Missed a hittable pitch, Aaron.
And makes up for it by going with a sinker below middle and lining it past 1st toward the corner, Abreu cuts it off and holds it to a long single with 1 out.

Curve in the zone outside middle, bunted down 3rd, Brenadino gets over, and holds the ball, bunt single moves Judge to 2nd with 1 down.
Maybe Verdugo doesn't think he can hit Bernandino, but that play is double-edged, because now Cora has a tough righty ready for Volpe, and the inning probably comes down to Grisham vs. Weissert, assuming Volpe can avoid a GIDP.
Weissert relieves Bernadino.

Big slider starts almost behind Volpe breaks hard to the knees just outside middle, and that one is correctly called a strike.
Same sort of slider, but lower and further outside, Volpe opens up but takes, 2-1
After slowing his bat down with the slider, blows the FB by him in the zone above and outside middle, 2-2
Opening up early again, barely gets a piece of the slider at the knees
If he bounces it over home it's a K.
But he makes a mistake with a FB near middle! Stupid pitch!. And Volpe comes through driving it to deep left center, Rafaela playing him to pull can't get there, bounces over the fence for a ground rule double, tying the game at 4!!!
Big big hit for Volpe there.
