it's hard to believe that we don't have better than Warren in the system He came into this season so highly heralded, but my understanding is he pitched poorly in AAA. Don't know why they went with him anyway. |

Sinker on the low inside corner, grounded hard through the left side for a hit, Verdugo charges, they send Goldschmidt and Verdugo uncorks a PERFECT throw to Wells on the fly, right on target left side of home and Goldschmidt slides into the tag for the 3rd out. Verdugo bails Warren out of more damage. Bottom 3, 4-1 Cards.
31 pitches for Warren, 66 through 3.
9-1-2 for the Yanks: Cabrera, Torres and Soto.

it's hard to believe that we don't have better than Warren in the system I said this the last 2 starts. They are giving away the games this guy pitches every time. If we don't win the division you can point to that being the biggest reason. He does not give you a chance to compete. A 10+ ERA what is this organization smoking that they keep sending him out there. |
