was it NYforlife that hardly ever capitalized anything and also tended to type with no punctuation or breaks in the message sort of like this so you had to keep reading one giant sentence all the time until his thoughts were completely drained on one subject then he'd start on another one until suddenly the page would be filled with a solid block of letters and you had to figure out when he was going to stop but it seemed you never could because he didn't stop sometimes he'd talk about maybe four or five subjects all in one post but you could never quite figure out where he was going with any of it and his spelling wasn't very good either and then didn't he use a squirrel for his avatar for a while which made the whole thing seem even a bit more frenetic when you read all of that stuff with no separation of thought so there were times you just couldn't make it all the way through the post because it wandered so much that if you tried to continue you'd feel like maybe you'd go insane from trying to put all that stuff together and maybe he was insane for writing it all that way or was that someone else that did that but I can't remember what his user name was because it's been so long ago but boy I sure thought it was nyforlife that did that if it wasn't then forgive me and maybe you'll remember who it was because then I can't but i do remember that style of writing because who can forget it because it was quite unique and i dont remember anyone else on the site that quite did that the way he did and it drove me nuts sometimes but he seemed like a pretty decent guy and if that other guy the psunyc was his brother didn't he want to start the site that he started but you had to pay him a membership fee but he didn't really seem to know any more than the rest of us so why would we pay him especially since his brother was also going to post like this and wed have to read that all the time because that was where he was going and wasnt psunyc a big supporter of arod and you had to put with that all the time too and...
Or do I have him pegged wrong and that was someone else?...

Or do I have him pegged wrong and that was someone else?... No that's him. The only person who was harder to understand was litbitd. Litbitdspeak was almost incomprehensible. Only inger could understand it.

Reminds me of the old Steve Martin line, “Now we’re talking Baby Talk”...

Thanks for the correction, Kaybli. Yes, Bluecountry. What a riot he was. Likewise litbitd. As you say, only Inger could interpret his Unabomber-like rantings for the rest of us. Reading him was like trying to read James Joyce after a couple of stiff martinis. Which I actually have done in the distant past, by the way. I still don't know what either one of them was trying to tell us, but I do know it must have been important.

My friend litdbid also once sent me the manuscript for a short story he was writing. It was written in typical litdbitese. That was interesting to say the least, especially since he asked my to review it honestly... which I did, so...yeah. He wasn’t pleased with my review. I think he got over it after a while. The thing about writing commercially is that it has to sell. To sell it sort of needs to have a point. His did, but “others”, being defined as those who were not litdbit were not going to understand it.
I always enjoyed litdbit, so I hated to hurt his feelings as he is quite a sensitive man. But I wouldn’t lie to a friend and send him on a painful journey of failure.
Pipps I once met another of the Philly area’s semi-famous, former New York Times best selling author “Leggs” McNeil. At that time I thought I might have a story to share with him that he could write about. He told me why he couldn’t write it. Since he primarily produces oral history pieces, non-fiction only..,He said have to have sex or crime, preferably murder to sell. A good tragedy is pretty good too. So I learned something that day...
