I never understood how someone could take out their frustrations by punching an inanimate object that is harder than their hand. At least have the intellect to punch a pillow or something else that won’t injure you if you must work off frustration...

Boone hopes Sanchez can return before playoffs
New York Yankees manager Aaron Boone said Friday that Gary Sanchez's groin strain is similar to the one he had earlier this year and "hopes" the catcher can return before the end of the regular season.
Edwin Encarnacion was hurt in the first game of the doubleheader. Further tests revealed the slugger has an internal oblique strain, Boone said Friday, and the Yankees are hopeful it's not too serious.

Trout out for the season. That should open the door for someone else to win the AL MVP. That is not a fun condition. I had that, maybe still do. When I first had it, I had to drive without a shoe on my right foot. Then I took shots that relieved the most severe of the pain. Now I have a neuroma in both feet from diabetes, but I don’t know it to be Morton’s. Just inger’s...
