Clemson has not really been challenged much this year. I would still bet on them to win the national title. They only beat UNC by one point (after the Tar Heels failed on a two point conversion at the end of the game). LSU & Ohio St have been more impressive against better competition. |

Hey Rizz, I am thinking you are exulting over LSU's plastering of Georgia. Burrow is flat-out sick. He has to win the Heisman. Eye-popping performance. He completed 28 of 38 for 349 yards and actually lowered his season stats.
LSU - Ohio State should be a classic (assuming it comes to that.)

It would have been interesting to see them in the playoffs. Right now in the early going Wisconsin is looking good against Ohio State. |

Wisconsin winning this game would not be good for Penn St, since that would put the Badgers in the Rose Bowl instead of the Lions. |

But I think Ohio State should win this game. If not, I had read somewhere that Penn State could go to the Orange Bowl, which isn't a bad fallback, although I would rather have Pasadena. I'd prefer to avoid the Bad Boy Mowers Bowl or the Belk Bowl. No more Poulan Weedeater Bowl or GoDaddy.com Bowl, though. Remember the old Astro-Bluebonnet Bowl? |

I do remember the Bluebonnet Bowl, along with the Poulan Weed Eater Bowl. I can't wait for this year's Idaho Potato Bowl, that's played at Boise State's Smurf Turf Stadium.
