I’m off for jury duty this morn. Only the second time in my life I’ve been called. The first time I was 22 years old and got named the foreman of the Grand Jury…we’ll see what today brings…

I have never been called for jury duty. Sometimes I wonder why they know I don't. I was in the pool 4 or 5 times but only served on one jury. It was a really nasty case in which the guy was being charged with raping minors. |

Just spent the last hour in our basement because a Tornado siren went off as a violent storm moved through Chicagoland and into Indiana. A lot of power outages throughout the area but I think we avoided major damage.
