I’m not sure I have any pictures of me with longish hair. Normally, we took pictures at the beginning of the school year, and my hair was always short at that time. No worries. I'm not sure the board could handle all the sexiness anyway. Ah, there was a time! Alas, not so much anymore. As the saying goes, youth is wasted on the young!

My hair was a bit shy of shoulder-length. We demand a picture! I think the ex got all the wedding pictures. I have some old photos downstairs somewhere, but not sure what I took and she got. I hate to look at them, because... because... well, I hate to look at them...

Which is okay, because it may be an improvement over the original. So I came out and I said, “Doc, she’s choking”...

I continue to rediscover bands that I knew in my youth, but somehow they sound better today and the lyrics more meaningful.

Just what I needed this morning! That first verse just slays me every time: "My Mum she likes you, thinks you're swell; Got the makings of a dance hall girl; With your low cut frock and your bird's nest hair; Stiletto heels and the way that you swear..."
Thanks, inger, my Faces loving friend!

After hearing this, I had to cue up some more Faces on Spotify to help me get through my work day. That old late 60's, early 70's English blues was so great.

You’re So Rude is just amazing... the music fits it, the band sounds great. “what’s that noise? why’d they come back so soon”? Who hasn’t been in that spot before?... The only thing it may be missing is another verse or two...

It would have been nice to have more material from them.
