Florida sees their playoff dreams go down the drain because one of their players threw a LSU player's shoe down the field, which help set up a game winning Tiger FG. I've never seen that one before. Hat's off to Rizz's undermanned LSU squad for a great effort to tale down the Gators.

Can't wait for spring training. |

I do give Florida and LSU credit, that was one of the more entertaining games of the season. It was a great game to watch, as was the final part of the USC/UCLA game that I flipped over to once the Tigers & Gators were done.

Hat's off to Rizz's undermanned LSU squad for a great effort to tale down the Gators. It was the highlight of a very frustrating season for LSU fans. I enjoyed the game from beginning to end. So many true freshmen playing and contributing. A true freshman QB in Max Johnson, who had three TD passes; true freshman WR Kayshon Boutte, who had over 100 yards receiving and a stellar special teams play, downing the ball at the one yard line on a punt; true freshman RB Tre Bradford, who caught the go ahead touchdown pass late in the fourth quarter; and true freshman CB Eli Ricks, who had a pick six and is tied for the SEC lead with four interceptions. |

Money is not an issue for the Auburn boosters during a pandemic. Some SEC fans are simply unrealistic. Having Nick Saban field a dominate team year after year creates an air of a realistic endeavor, rather than a legendary exception to the rule: it’s hard to win in the SEC. Saban might be the best ever. Some LSU fans have been calling for Ed Orgeron to be fired since the first game of the season. Talk about what have you done for me lately! |

Having Nick Saban field a dominate team year after year creates an air of a realistic endeavor, rather than a legendary exception to the rule: it’s hard to win in the SEC. Saban might be the best ever. Some LSU fans have been calling for Ed Orgeron to be fired since the first game of the season. Talk about what have you done for me lately! Auburn will probably cut men's track and field to save some bucks. |

Oh my, oh my, oh my! LSU Tigers mount a fourth quarter comeback to beat Ole Miss 53-48 to finish the season 5-5. Their true freshman WR Kayshon Boutte had 308 yards receiving (SEC Record) and 3 touchdowns from true freshman QB Max Johnson, who threw for 435 yards, 3 touchdowns and an interception in the end zone, and ran for 45 yards and 2 touchdowns.
Both of these defenses are problematic, but LSU forced 5 interceptions and a fumble on Ole Miss’s last drive. Six turnovers and you only win by five at home. Definitely a COVID-19 football season! Yikes! Worst LSU team defense that I can remember. Historically bad defense.
