There must be a universe in which this team as currently composed with Boone as manager wins a World Series…but this ain’t it. Bring some speed back from the minor leagues, along with Gil and Stephen Ridings.
Cashman wasn’t able to move Voit by the deadline and now is stuck with playing Stanton in the field to get Voit at bats. For the 1000th time, what is the fascination with Odor?

The difference in the score was many foolish things but includes another invisible error by Gleyber Torres, extending the inning for a two run homer.
