2) He does not like to trade elite prospects (I include Frazier and Andujar as that although neither is a prospect I guess). He worries about harming the future for the present. What about Justus Sheffield for Paxton?
What about Fowler, Rutherford, Kaprielian, Mateo, Gamel, Cave?
Jesus Montero and his ice cream sandwiches were collectively the Yankees #1 prospect when traded. This has been explained to him over and over but he continues to repeat the line that Cashman is afraid of trading top prospects as if that’s true. I can’t tell if he’s trolling or something else but either way it is tedious. |
