Who do you want to see in the Fall Classic, the Dodgers or the Mets?

The Yankees have a good shot against either, but I think the Mets are better to play. The Yankees have home field against the Mets, they don't against the Dodgers. Going West multiple times is never the Yankees strong point especially in a such a short period of time. They are really familiar with how Citifield plays vs Dodger stadium which many players on this team haven't played at very often. They're super familiar with a lot of the Mets players too which helps with matchups etc.

Who do you want to see in the Fall Classic, the Dodgers or the Mets? I'd rather face the Dodgers with their woozy pitching rotation than the Mets with that team-of-destiny aura they've got going. The Mets have been the best team in baseball for the past five months after that horrendous start, and I would rather have the Dodgers quash this monster now rather than let it keep growing. LA is fully capable of blowing things, as they have proven many times in recent history. The Dodgers are my third most-hated team, but the Mets are tied with the Red Sox for the bottom spot, depending on the situation. And the Mets swept us during the season. I want no part of them if they can be avoided.

Just happy the Yankee Train is still rolling. Not sure iff all the stops will be in NY or split in LA but the last stop needs to end with a Yankee Parade.

I'd get much more pleasure out of watching the Yanks crush the Dodgers...much as I did in '77.

Who do you want to see in the Fall Classic, the Dodgers or the Mets? I don't have a preference. But I will say that I agree with some of the Yankee fans that say a subway series is a no win situation for the Yankees. Because for some reason Big Brother is supposed to win vs Little Brother. But if Little Brother wins, according to some Little Brother owns NYC. Even though Little Brother doesn't come close to playing in NYC as long as Big Brother, nor does Little Brother come close to having the winning tradition of Big Brother. In my opinion, I consider the Mets own NYC talk, Little Brother Syndrome.

Which ever team they play, I just home the Mets-Dodgers series goes 7 games, and let game 7 go into extra innings, so both teams will be exhausted by Friday. Freddie Freeman looked like a walking hospital at first base, and aren't most of the Dodgers' regular starters on the IL? I know the Dodgers have great hitters and relievers, but if the Yankees can get to their starters early, I think they'll have an easier time playing the Dodgers, than the Mets...especially after the Mets went 4-0 against the Yankees earlier this summer. They'd be on cloud 9 if it becomes a subway series!

Gleyber and Juan Soto have 18 first inning plate appearances this postseason, and they’ve made three outs.

I want to see the Dodgers to erase the 1981 World Series defeat.

I’d much rather play the Dodgers. Mets have that mojo going, and it would be an all time nightmare if we were to lose to them.
