The team just isn't making plays these past 4 games. Yep. That little “fine line” between winning and losing has turned on us… I hope the winning streak didn’t build false hope. Baseball runs in streaks. There’s no guarantee of playing at any level for any team from here on… Even games against the Orioles, because any team can get hot or cold at any time… |

I was just thinking, the Yankees have two very good defensive SS's on their current roster in Wade and Velazquez yet Boone started a third baseman at short and a 2nd base man at third. It just seems odd.

It just seems odd. It’s not explainable. Don’t even think about it. In addition, Stanton can barely run and Voit is fully rested on the bench. What happened to keeping Stanton fresh? Maybe that’s an over reach, but after Stanton has looked like an arthropod running to first base on two DPs… |
